Refunds & delivery

Every product on this site is a set of files delivered as a .zip download. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no delivery charges.

When card payments are live, your download unlocks immediately after payment. While we are taking payment by UPI, a person confirms your payment against our bank first — usually within about two hours between 9am and 11pm IST, and first thing the next morning if you pay late at night. Your order page tells you exactly where you are in that process, and the download link is also emailed to you.

• Your files never arrived, or the download link never worked.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• What you received is materially different from what the product page described.
• You paid, and we could not confirm your payment, so we never released the files.

Ask within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund in full.

Once you have downloaded the bundle we cannot take it back — the files are yours and copying them is instant. So we do not refund a purchase that has already been downloaded simply because you changed your mind about it.

This is exactly why every product page shows a genuine extract of the real instruction set and its exact word count before you pay. Please read it. If something is unclear, ask us before buying rather than after.

Write to us with your order reference (it looks like LDT-XXXXXXXXXX) and tell us what went wrong. We aim to reply within 2 working days and to complete an approved refund within 7 working days, back to the account you paid from.

If you paid by UPI, the refund returns by UPI to the same ID.

You can escalate to our grievance officer, listed on the contact page. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
