RioCloud Solutions, operating this site at https://ai.riocloudsolutions.com.

A one-time licence to a set of downloadable files, on the terms set out on our licence page. You are not buying software as a service, access to a model, or any ongoing compute. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are the full amount payable. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged and none is collected.

Where payment is made by UPI, your order is confirmed only once we have matched your payment against our bank. Submitting a payment reference is not itself proof of payment.

Do not resell or redistribute the files. Do not use them to produce material that is unlawful, or that impersonates a real person or organisation. Do not attempt to access orders or downloads that are not yours.

The files are provided as they are. They are instructions for third-party AI models whose behaviour and output we do not control and cannot guarantee.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business, arising from AI output.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
